Ticket to Traffic Police Station!

1st Summon in Sabah

Oh My God!!!... I never imagine that I would get a ticket here in Kota Kinabalu... I mean well, not as if this state hasnt got the law running as any others but I never just never thought that I would get one... But oooo how I was sooooo wrong.... I manage to get my first summon in the Borneo due to my illegal parking on the previous forth night...

I was so fortunate however when I went there the officer is kind enough to lighten the penalty to just 30.00MYR. Or else from what I heard it can come up to 300MYR... ack! now that is scary... Ive gotten tickets before when I was in Kuala Lumpur... I guess Im a stubborn person who never learn my lesson when it comes to illegal parking... just for my convenience at times...

Then again, I would suggest that the Government allocate enough parking spaces in many places especially in the area where it is jammed with people ... or the center of attraction to most of the citizen so that we won't act hastenly and park wherever we wanted. I know it boils back to self conciousness but, this is due to both parties fault as well...

The place where I parked (before I got outside to find myself a summoned stucked on my windowsheild) would be an area where the car park always full... and there is no nearby place where you can actually parked your car safely..

Word of advice : TRY TO FIND PROPER PARKING LOT ... IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET A TICKET AND WASTE YOUR TIME TO ACTUALLY MAKE A TRIP TO THE POLICE STATION AND SETTLE IT!

I cant say that I learnt my lesson yet.. it hasnt sink it .. not yet.. I guess one day... one final day!
I am just being honest.. dont hate me...
