Yesterday 13 may 2010 (Thursday) 2.45pm I was involved in an accident near the Traffic Light jalan Foh Sang. Gosh that was the first for me and it was horrible. Im still shaky even now. The even took place just a split of a second. I was at the traffic light when it was red.. was there then the light turns green. I saw the car infront of me moved so did I... but out of a sudden it just stop... an emergency stop... I was so close that I try to avoid yet I didnt managed to avoid it and bump into that car infront of me.. MyVi (light green) drove by Burhan together with his family (wife and son) ... I hurt my chest due to the seatbelt. Gosh it hurts till now.
It was a scary moment. i basically called everyone that i knew on my list but that doesnt stop me being so shaky and scared. This is the first ever time Im involved in an accident .. all feelings are so mixed up. I wish everyone was there with me to give me support and strength. I longed for my family the most... but no one near to be there for me...
Im sorry for what happened yet Im glad at the same time that no one gets hurt!
There's another car involved as well right infront of us two. Lesley is the name of the driver. He even talked to me after that telling me about his experience before... that somewhat eases my shocked at tha time.. THANK YOU... most of all I thank god both are so kind enough and not yell or anything at me. I feel so bad honestly.
We all went to the police station and launch a report since I have to claim my insurance. It took a while but thankfully people there (the policemen) are so kind and direct me on how to go about. I met with wonderful people in that situation and Im thankful.
Im just waiting for my car card and insurance to be faxed back to me to be able to go back to the station and deal with it and send the car to the workshop and the rest they will handle it.. that is what they say.
Im glad to hear that Mother's coming to visit me next week.. how i glad to hear that.
Im sorry again to Burhan & Family and also Lesley for what happened. Honestly I didnt mean it to. And thankful to them and to the police officers as well... for being kind and very much helpful towards me.
I guess it shooked me quite a little ... since this is the first...
Yeah, the 1st accident is always the eye opener, but glad you werent hurt babes. You might have a whip lash but that will go. My 1st (and hopefully last) accident was in Bangsar - near the McD, intersection. I was driving up the to turn left into Jln Maarof and some b**** beat the red light and hit me! Take care babes. x
