Good glorious morning... I don't know about you but to me breakfast is essential to start the day. I used to be the one who don't even care whether I take breakfast or not but Oh dear how i was so wrong after reading few articles.Chinese Bread Sticks.

This morning as usual not wanting to miss out on breakfast, I head out to the morning market here in Foh Sang and bought myself 2 pieces of the Eu Char Koay (Chinese bread stick) which is so crispy and extremely long and fulfilling... dipped it in hot tea and afterward finish it off with some nice pineapples... Oh yummy!! That'll kick start my day indeed..
A good intake during breakfast certainly provides the essential nutrients that is needed by an individual to start off their day.
Studies that has been conducted nationwide show that those who eat a good and healthy breakfast excel in whatever task they are at rather than those who didn't consume breakfast.
A study conducted by Dr. Ronald Kleinman, Harvard Medical School proves that children who eat a good breakfast tend to perform better in school and have better attendance also decreased hyperactivity. Meanwhile, those who didn't tend to have many flaws and lacking in the sense of their behavior and studies.
To be honest good breakfast should be the one that contains milk, fruit and cereal which provides a healthy combination and time consuming. But being Malaysian of cause we are rich in the sense of food and fats :)
But, nevertheless - breakfast is essential!
