Backache @ Back Pain

What is Back Pain @ Back Ache?
It is a condition where you sense discomfort of pain in the back and commonly it is felt at the lower back region.

The cause for the back pain varies to each individuals... Majority of the cases the exact cause cant be identify and the rest would be either caused by muscular reason - eg: muscle fatigue, tear (commonly during sport; injury), or even muscle sprain. Another reason could be due to bone. Be it bone cancer, or deformation of bone, fractures (spine) or ruptured - vertebral disc. Other commonly known reason such as growth in pelvic region or cancer within that area, PID - pelvic inflammatory disease, wrong posture, stress related reasons and many others. These are some of the causes for the backaches.
If you are experiencing the numbness feeling in your buttock, legs, thighs and foot and sharp pain which is spreading throughout your leg, fever, abdominal pain in lower region of your body (it is also can be due to period cycle), headache - it's time for you to meet your doctor. That is definite sign for an individual diagnosed with back pain.
In some of the article which I've read in medical journals it is said that back pain which is left untreated could cause complications. So it is advisable for you to hurry up and get it diagnosed.
PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE!

In the article said that if it is left untreated it could lead to permanent deformation, cancer which you cant detect with just normal check-up, paralysis or leg muscles. More over, if its associated with the internal organ it can lead to other complications and even infertility.
How scary to be thinking of such things. I didnt realise that it could get serious at first. But when researched being done, majority of the community take back pain for granted and to them it is due to fatigue and too much of work or even stress. There are many other reasons to that now and it is better to be sure that you are free from all the complications rather than have to suffer at the end of the day. It wont take long to get yourself diagnosed... so why not do it today...
Those who are suffering from the common back pain, please do get alot of rest, and if its not complication case head on to the nearest hospital for a Physiotheraphy session, do alot of stretching for your back . But avoid doing strenous excersice which could lead to more pain.
Each individual should practice a correct posture while doing daily activity be it sitting or standing or walking even lifting items. Do a regular medical check up, avoid hurting your back with unnecessary things, stretch it always. It is as well advisable to maintain your ideal weight and height and healthy life style.
GOOD LORD... how can a simple pain be a hassle in daily life eh... so let us take measures so that we wont fall into the category of having major backaches without knowing the reason why and it surely hard to cure. Let's stay healthy, live happily and be merry.
