Mandarin Class

4th Semester, 2nd Year, 1st Class

Our first class started which means another semester of a student life for us in UMS. Our first class as always would be Mandarin Class with our Laoshi Yong... Laoshi Xie Xie ni.. Women hen xiang nian ni.

Since we just passed Chinese New Year, Laoshi brought us some present and gift...
Each and everyone of us got a phone accessory from China ... I got mine which is Green in colour (shall ask the picture from Lucy soon.. LUCY - bluetooth please!)

Not only that, laoshi is generous enough to give us mandarin oranges, some sweets and most importantly A NG POW! We really appreciate it much... Xie Xie laoshi...

Laoshi Yong is a very kind hearted sir and well knowledge in the area or culture and chinese language. At first when we started class with him, it's a matter of time for us to get accustom to the way of his teaching... he has been teaching nationwide... being abroad and domestic... he is an all rounders...

Oh and did I tell you that my result for Mandarin is very much impressive due to both of our Laoshi... getting an A for a foreign language subject is hard but I am glad that I managed not to dissapoint the lecturer... I am sure most of my classmates share the same feelings as I do.

Pix : And most importantly... the Angpow with the running number on the cash... mine is 9897 & 9898

Pix : Thanks Laoshi... we appreciate it much... your care and kind attention

Pix : Stories along side with the gifts gave us clear pictures of all that was given :) xie xie..

While giving us all the gift and present... Laoshi was telling us stories of how the rest of it came about.. from the meaning to the colour red of the oranges to the meaning of the character on the sweet wrapper and the meanong of the ang pow ... and whats the significants of it...

We've learnt alot on the first day itself... and that definitely creates another memories still semester to begin with...

Cheers
