This is a movie filmed last year in two different countries (Japan and China).... The movie, directed by Derek Yee and a production of Emperor Dragon Movie (Jacki Chan's production) is a story about Chinese immigrants in Japan.

Its kinda weird watching Jackie not doing his normal kung fu stunts and actions. In this movie he plays a tractor mechanic (Steelhead) and enters Japan illegally in search of his g/f (Xiu Xiu). During his stay in Japan he meets up with Jie , a chinese immigrants who has been staying there for long period of time but also illegally.

The story as such that in his search, he found out that Xiu Xiu then married a Japanese Mafia and he's heart broken over the matter but no sooner he was attracted by a beautiful lady from China who has been there in Japan for a long time (Lily) an owner of a small bar.

Since, he cant move back to China due to some incident happened there and he lost his ID back home, he then decided to get his status in Japan by the help of the Japanese Mafia who he'd helped! At the same time, Jie (his close buddy) was attacked and hurt badly and then seek revenge)

Some part of the story, the mafia and the yakuza had major clash. Brutality and gang fights take place. Many of the Chinese immigrants whom are now legal residence of Japan are killed in the battle. Even Eguchi is shot to death. Steelhead manages to escape but in the end, he bleeds to death and he returns the inspector a favor by giving him the flash drive belonging to Eguichi, which contains vital information about the Yakuza’s dealing.

The movie is so brutal, some of the scene been sensored due to its brutality... full of action yet some of the part tends to be boring. But majorly, the story is interesting.

I would rate it as 7 / 10 . Recommended to watch!
