Being ignorance can sometime leads to an unfortunate things ... and the real deal is that dont ever take your health lightly.
I today discovered that my hypertension is back! Oh dear me... I had the feeling that it's back but I totally ignored it at first blaming it on the weather and what so not... but boy oh boy how I was mistaken...
Recently enrolling back into the medical field I had to do a medical examination and that is when i discovered it! Was instructed to head off to the Sabah Clinic for further medical check-up.
Thankfully the personnel who are incharged are gentle and nice and very much friendly which put me at ease all the time.
Head off for my appointment this morning to Sabah Clinic ... was friendly greeted by the nurses Ester and also Melissa... lovely ladies indeed... I was worried thinking about people sticking needles in me... (Laugh out Loud... let's not lie to ourselves shall we?) it freaks the hell out of me... but I dont mind sticking needles in others haha...
I also discovered that I've shortened in height for at least 3cm ... OMG!!! How can that be?!?!?!?!?
anyway, went in to see the doctor... Dr. Ruhaizad that is... very friendly, cheerful personality...
at first the B/P and its still pretty on the high... 150/108 (gosh i really need to do something about it...) and I am then put on medication... and must return back in a month time..
Also he stick the needles into me.. ARGH!!!!!! not one but 3 times lol... dang veins is hiding under all the fats haha I am not blaming the Dr. but he is kind and gentle enough.. (THANKS)
BUT no matter what I HATE NEEDLES! (but have to bear with it!)
So my advice to all....
Do medical check-up.... at least once every 6 months... cause with our style of living (am talking about MALAYSIAN) especially the food intakes and what so not.... we are all bound to have something lol.... be it good or bad!!!! dont be shy to see a dr. and dont be afraid... (I am afraid too but overcome it)
