I can tell you one thing... Its more painful that what you see in that picture!
After been to the hospital twice... I finally gave up... my foot still painful like hell... gosh the pain is indescribable... I cant even step on hard surface... (floor or whatever hard)...
thankfully i have got my trusty sandal... with thick rubber sole to it... *sighs* at least I can move around eventho I am limping...
With the help of my Mentor Madam CKS and the Husband Mr. R, they took me to see a chinese sensei which is in Likas ... the road to his place is going up the hill and next to a cliff... gosh... and it's near the 'Rumah Merah' thats what they called it ( a place where they kept all the refugee/illegal immigrants) ....

Ive seen in pictures they done this but never actually tried it myself... so this is the first time ever Im doing this... gosh... at first I was so nervous that I might not make it through but thinking that my Mentor is there and that she would willing to go extra mile to see me get better... i brave myself to go thru it...

When he started to suck it again at the place where he pricked the needles.. gosh the blood flows like water... Im impressed and amazed just looking at it... then when he took it off after 15 minutes waiting of each.... the amount really freaked the heck out of me... but I just keep calmed didnt want to show that I am shocked of the condition... but still its interesting...

but I can feel the pressure lessen indeed...
at this point of time I am just thinking of my mother!... Mother if you are reading this... I am so glad that I managed to go thru this and not being afraid being how I am afraid of people pricking me with needles right until now... hehehe

But it is confirmed that my ligament torn and it sure takes awhile to heal it up! *sighs*
